In Paraty, you don’t find big hotels buildings but charming small pousadas, so catering to the Brazilian.

I stayed at the Pousada Porto Imperial, next to the river that runs through the city.

Each room is named after an artist, a personality in the country. For my part, I had room Maysa, a Brazilian singer.

The rooms are clean, simple, unadorned. Beddings are soft and fluffy. There is air conditioning but it is not necessary to put it because it’s breathable. Rooms are next to a patio.

If you have a little free time, you can enjoy the bar framework pool.The is beautiful, quiet and végétal .We hear the birds song, a haven of peace.

For services, the hotel offers a gourmet breakfast in a beautiful room with old and local objects.

The choice of buffet is varied: juice, fruit, pastries, cheese …

I recommend papaya and pineapple, they are very good!

At the reception, you have a small shop filled with bottles of wine! Lovers will spend at least an hour to discover the wonders hide  of this pousada.

A Paraty , vous ne trouverez pas de grands hôtels buildings mais de charmants petites pousadas , sorte de gîtes à la brésilienne.

J’ai séjourné dans la pousada Porto Imperial , située à côté du fleuve qui traverse la ville.

Chaque chambre porte le nom d’un artiste , d’une personnalité du pays. Pour ma part , j’avais la chambre Maysa , une chanteuse brésilienne.

Les chambres sont blanches, simples sans artifice.  Les literies y sont douces et moelleuses. Il y a la climatisation mais il n’est pas nécessaire de la mettre car c’est respirable. Les chambres donnent à côté d’un patio.

Si vous avez un petit temps libre , vous pouvez profiter du bar de la piscine.Le cadre est splendide , calme et végétalisé.On entend les oiseaux chantés, un véritable havre de paix.

Côté service , l’hôtel propose un petit déjeuner gourmand dans une très belle salle aux objets anciens et locaux.

Le choix du buffet est varié : jus , fruits ,viennoiserie, fromage…

Je vous conseille les papayes et ananas qui sont très bons!

A la réception, vous avez une petite boutique remplie de bouteilles de vins ! Les amateurs y passeront au moins une heure à découvrir les merveilles que cachent cette pousada.
